Florida Public Records Update
Crash Reports and Citations
Seminar Overview
Who should attend: anyone who manages public records requests
Update: 2023
Summary:Â Recent significant changes regarding public access to crash reports and citations went into effect in March 2023.
In this 1-hour session, PRI will review the changes and provide clarity regarding what information must be released or withheld. We will also explain who can access these records, and how this change incorporates the requirements of the federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act.
Upon registering, you’ll receive a link to join the webinar with instructions. Check your junk mail folder in case you don’t see it.
Checks, credit cards, PO’s accepted.
