Records issue: Oak Ridge Police Dept. decertified by TBI

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) annual crime report included the de-certification of eight law enforcement agencies in the state for failing to report crime data to the agency for three months. Oak Ridge Police Department is on that list, but officials said they have a plan to correct the situation.
