How do you apply a training credit?

Complete the registration form as usual. During the checkout process, select the “Pay by Check” option. We will send an invoice or a card payment link to the billing contact, with your agency’s existing training credit applied. If the credit amount is higher than the order amount, you will receive a $0 remaining balance confirmation.

Which payment methods do you accept for training?

We accept online card payments, checks, or POs, (an invoice will be emailed to the billing contact).

What is the deadline for check payments?

Invoices are issued as due upon receipt. However, you can mail the payment within 30 days of the order date. If we have not received payment within 30 days, we will contact the billing contact to inquire about the payment status.

Can I pay after the training?

Yes, you can submit the check/card payments even after the training. If that’s the case, please notify our Finance Department at vedat@policerecordsmanagement.com. You can request a payment link as well.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 5-day refund policy for our training programs. If you notify us in writing that you want to cancel your registration and request a refund at least 5 days before the training day, you will be eligible for a refund via the same method of payment. If you notify us 4 days or less prior to the course, we can only issue a full future training credit.

I did not receive an invoice.

You should expect an invoice to be emailed to the billing contact within 12 hours of order submission. Typically, we send invoices within 2 hours if you register between 9 AM – 4 PM ET on weekdays.

How does the multiple attendee discount work?

Our multiple attendee discount applies automatically for all our training programs. The only condition is that it applies only when registering all attendees at the same time, for the same class. You will see the discount once you click on the “Add Attendee” button on the registration form.

My card payment was declined.

If you believe your card payment was declined, please contact our Finance Department at vedat@policerecordsmanagement.com.

Do I need a microphone or camera for the online course?

No, you do not need a microphone or camera for the online course. You just need a speaker and a stable internet connection. No additional software installation is required.

  Pre-Training Questions

I want to change my training date.

If you would like to change your training date, please email our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will assist you within 12 hours.

I’m not sure if I am registered.

You can contact our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. Please include the name and date of the course. We will assist you within 12 hours.

We registered multiple attendees from our department. Can we watch from the same screen?

Yes, you can watch from the same screen with all registered attendees from your agency. However, we require all participants to be registered, and to check in with their information at the start of the training for automated certification purposes. Once everyone is checked in, you can continue watching from the same screen.

How do the training packages work?

Our training packages are the most budget-friendly year-round option if you have multiple attendees and are interested in several training programs. The number of registrations can be considered as “tickets.”  For example, if you purchase a training package for 10 registrations, either 1 person can use it for 10 different courses, or 10 people can use it for 1 course, or any other combination that adds up to 10. Once you purchase the package you will receive a special code that you can use for future registrations. When you enter the code into the coupon field any time you register, it will zero out the training registration fee.

We would like to replace an attendee with another person.

Yes, we can do this without any additional fee. Please email our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will assist you within 12 hours. Include the following:

  • Name of the class
  • Date of the class
  • Name of the person to remove from the training
  • Name of the person to add to the training
There was a typo in the attendee's email during registration.

You can send your request to our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will assist you within 12 hours.

When should I expect to receive the training link and course materials?

You will receive an automated email with the training link once your training registration is submitted. However, sometimes, due to firewalls or other factors, that email may not be delivered. We will also send a personal email with training instructions and materials 2 days prior to the training. If you don’t receive anything the day before your class, please contact us at training@policerecordsmanagement.com.

How can I subscribe to your training distribution list?
We would like to host a training or hire PRI for training.

   During-training Questions

How can I ask the instructor questions?

You can use our chat feature to ask questions during the live training. The instructor will respond accordingly.

Do I need a microphone or camera for the online course?

No, you do not need a microphone or camera for the online course. You just need a speaker and a stable internet connection. No additional software installation is required.

I accidentally closed the training.

Click on the main login link you received before the training, or use the automated welcome email sent once you checked into the course. If you still cannot log in, please reach out to us at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will assist you as soon as possible, and you can mark your email as “High Importance.”

I cannot hear the instructor’s audio.

If you are unable to hear the audio, first switch to an unrestricted network connection and refresh your page (e.g., using a mobile hotspot).

If this isn’t possible, contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist the domain “*.zohoconference.com.”

If none of these solutions work, please reach out to us at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will reschedule your class and offer you a test session before the new date.

    Post-training Questions

When should I expect a survey link?

Our instructors will share the survey link at the end of our live classes. If you log out early, we will send the survey link to all attendees via email within 3 hours after the training.

How can I find a list of all the courses I took with PRI?

Please email our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com.

I did not receive my certificate.

Please first check your inbox and junk folder for the certificate sent to the email address you provided during course check-in. If you still can’t find it, please email our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will assist you within 12 hours.

Do I have access to the recording of the training I attended?

Due to proprietary reasons, we do not share recorded versions of our live training programs.

I have questions after the training.

You can ask your training-related questions by reaching out to our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com.

I missed a training.

If you missed a training, we will offer you another date (if available) at no additional fee or a future training credit. Please email our Training Department at training@policerecordsmanagement.com. We will assist you within 12 hours.

When should I expect my certificate?

We will email the certificate of attendance to all attendees within 3 hours of the completion of the training.
