The Tolleson, AZ Police Department has contracted PRI to conduct a records management and technology systems assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for efficiency gains and standardization in the management of agency records and data. PRI will review records management operations, RMS utilization and configuration, and information management workflows and business process to ensure the production of accurate and timely records, crime data and case management activity.

In addition to getting everyone on the same page and improving productivity, such assessments help to mitigate potential liability stemming from mismanagement of important police information which can lead to bad arrests, false criminal history info and violations of privacy“, says PRI President, Ed Claughton.  “We look forward to serving the citizens of Tolleson“.
