The Southern University Police Department has hired PRI’s records management division
to build a modern information management program.  Our services will include drafting retention schedules and working with the Louisiana Secretary of State’s office for their approval.  We’ll build new records indexing and categorization schema and conduct an inventory of records in storage to document disposal volumes.  PRI will redesign the storage facility and boxing methodology to enable quick identification of records eligible for destruction, arrange onsite shredding services and install new shelving systems. We will position the agency for records management compliance into the future and ensure fast and easy access to records by converting paper forms to fillable .PDF’ and building agency-wide digital records operations.  PRI will leave the agency as a modernized model of excellence.
