The Santa Maria Police Department has requested a staffing study of the records division to determine as-is and to-be staffing levels based upon a comprehensive audit of the operation.  PRI will assess current approaches to managing records, data and systems to determine how many personnel are required to complete the work required of records personnel. This includes an inventory of each work task, and a time and quantity analysis of the workload, accounting for today’s environment and any future improvements which lead to efficiency gains in the operation.
