The MO Police Chiefs Association includes a block of instruction in its Command College on police records management (what records can be released, how long they must be kept, BWC video records, and NIBRS).  Such important information for future leaders- a topic all too often overlooked.  Kudos to MOPCA for including it and PRI is honored to be the instructor!  We had a great group.
