Letter to Senator Leahy discusses PRI Management Group audit

Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn responds to questions from Senator Leahy in a letter from March 19, 2013 and discusses PRI Management Group’s services.  The Milwaukee Police Department had been accused of intentionally altering crime statistics and was subsequently cleared of these false allegations in our audit.
