Clark County WA has engaged PRI to conduct a study of the Sheriff’s Office records operations to determine necessary and appropriate staffing levels. PRI will inventory and assess all business processes, workload, operational conditions, population growth and technology systems to provide an as-is staffing model and recommended changes based on the impact of any recommended improvements resulting in efficiency gains.
