An eight-agency shared RMS consortium in Hamilton County Indiana has hired PRI to assist with transitioning the agencies to NIBRS reporting. A comprehensive needs assessment and business process re-engineering effort will be undertaken in conjunction with RMS table updates and updated quality assurance measures, followed by training and conversion. Agency personnel will receive NIBRS report writing training as well as new report review and approval procedure. To ensure a less than 4% reporting error-rate, PRI will build a NIBRS error-rate dashboard displaying all NIBRS errors in real-time, as well as the case number, reporting officer and approving supervisor.  The dashboard will calculate the per-officer, per-supervisor, and agency overall error-rates.
